Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Production & Delivery Time:

The time frame I need to make this beautiful set is between 3-4 weeks. The delivery time depends on where you live: around 3-5 days in the United States; around 7-12 days for International shipping. FREE SHIPPING within the United States. Feel free to message me for shipping upgrades. In order to ensure the ring can be delivered in time, please message me your Phone Number.

Please note that you may be charged taxes by your country's customs, please check this before you purchase.

Rush Order Service:

If you pay an additional $50, the order will be put in a rush which only takes within 12 business days. Please contact me before you place the order and let me know your end line.

Customization Service:

We can custom design anything you dream of. Please message me with your ideas or pictures.

Engraving Service:

The engraving fee is $2, please leave a message in the order for engraving content. 20characters for 7 US usually, the smaller the size, the fewer characters.

Payment Plan:

I am very flexible with payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The minimum per payment will be $100.
You just need to contact me and I will create a payment plan which will be customized specially for you. I'll begin to make the ring after I receive the first payment, the ring will be shipped after you pay in full.

Return Policy:

You have 14 days after receiving the ring to return for a full refund.
Please message me BEFORE sending the ring back.

The ring must be UNWORN and in the ORIGINAL condition and packaging.

Buyer is responsible for sending the item back with tracking and it's his responsibility if the ring is lost or damaged during transit.

The following items can not be returned:
Customized product; Engraved product; The ring size less than 3US and over 9 US.

Every piece you buy or custom order offers a free one year warranty protecting against any defect resulting from its manufacture, wear, tear or damage. We will provide free services such as cleaning and inspection, re-sizing and polishing.
